Refund policy

We want you to be confident in every product you receive from Cotton Mixtures. Because our products are cosmetic skincare items used directly on the skin, hygiene and safety standards limit which products can be returned. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for eligible items. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

2. What Can Be Returned

We accept returns only for items that are:

Unopened, unused, and with the original factory seal still intact, in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached, and accompanied by the original order confirmation or receipt.

3. What Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken; chemical peels, serums, and brightening creams once unsealed; products purchased as part of a routine kit or bundle if any item in the kit has been opened; sale, discounted, or promotional items unless they arrived defective; and items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow instructions.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

Your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you in such cases.

5. How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return:

Do not ship items back without first receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

6. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during return.

7. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges are not refunded except where the return is due to our error.

For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another agreed method, which may require additional verification.

8. Exchanges

We generally do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item per this policy and place a new order separately.

9. International Returns

Customers outside Iraq are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and any applicable taxes. We are not responsible for items held, lost, or damaged by customs or international carriers during return.

10. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting us as quickly as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must be handled under the return process above.

11. Allergic Reactions and Sensitivity

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product. Allergic reactions or sensitivity caused by individual skin response are not grounds for a refund, as our products are clinically tested and made to high safety standards. If you experience a reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist.
